�FEE AND EXPENSE POLICY.�
- NO charge for the Initial consultation
- There is no Retainer Fee in some cases, and no work is done on credit. Client makes a reimbursable advance against which periodic charges are made for expenses. Client reimburses reasonable direct expenses made on its' behalf, (salary, overhead, fringe benefits and risks) but not indirect expenses and overhead. Time is billed on a fair and reasonable basis based upon appropriate values for professional services rendered. Time charges are on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis.
- When appropriate, part of compensation is based upon the successful completion of the designated work. Incentive fees, stock options, and other arrangements are structured in relation to profitability, sales growth, and other measures.
